Border ESU thinks that the purpose of Scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual,social,and spiritual potentials,as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

This is something that our Unit attempts to achieve through an active, interesting and enjoyable  programme of activities, our unit also attempts to include all of the Explorer Scout Programme Zones into our programmes.
